「This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」

「The place itself is very beautiful. We had a nice breakfast and got to see the butterfly garden. My kids enjoyed it a lot.」

We went with a baby and the pack and play was already installed in our bedroom at the time of our arrival . Everything was super clean. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely choose it again.」

「Great proximity to Poas Volcano! Beautiful view and cozy room. The bathtub did not get very hot, but probably just due to its large size. The property is very well-maintained and breakfast was delicious! Also helpful and friendly staff (including Coco, the large white fluffy dog). I wish we stayed longer!」

Breakfast was hearty and yummy. Shuttle service was great. Very conveniently located to the airport. Felt like it was in a neighborhood with an instantly surprised me, but all was good and safe.」

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「The grounds garden and pool were very beautiful and clean. The restaurant was amazing and included a full bar. They even had a space that allowed the dog to dine with us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again.」
