「房間環境一般。不太清潔，水龍頭鬆到好似就壞。浴缸去水塞。我們住3晚，最後1晚竟然沒有清理房間。打電話去前台，只给我新毛巾就算。」

「Stayed here multiple times. Almost all of the staff is kind, helpful, respectful, and hard working; management is great. Tidy, spacious, good amenities, wifi is decent for work and recreation. No bugs, and smoke free rooms. More updated than most. Walkable area, very close drove to the beach. Nearby grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and even car garages and auto rentals in walking distance if you have car troubles. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Our room was clean. The TV did not work. The plug in the bathroom sink was plugged. The air conditioner was very noisy. We turned it off. I could hear the unit in the next room. The frig was very noisy. We should have unplugged it. We did tell the desk but they did not seem interested in repairing these things for the next person.」

「My husband and I have been trying out different hotels/motels in Niagara Falls with our children for some time now. Once we hit A1 we have decided we no longer have to look any further. We enjoyed our stay at A1 fully! We have nothing to complain about at all. I would most definitely suggest others stay here!」
