「Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. Breakfast was really nice with personal service rather than buffet specific requirements were always met. Would definitely return.」

「Séjour fantastique au Creta vitalis. Parking privé et surveillé Chambre très propre et nettoyé et rangé tous les matins pendant que nous étions au petit-déjeuner. Présence d’un balcon qui nous permettait de profiter du coucher de soleil avec vu sur la mer. Personnel très très gentil, agréable et serviable. 「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」

「Super Hotel, eine reine Wohlfühloase! Die Lage ist nur etwas abgelegen und man kann in der Umgebung nicht viel unternehmen, es gibt nur ein Bus der in die Stadt nach Chania fährt. Die Fahrt nach Rethymno dauert zum Beispiel 2 1/2 Stunden. Mietwagen für Unternehmungen ist ein absolutes muss. Ansonsten das Hotel sehr sauber, freundlich und leckeres Essen!」
