"I received an upgrade to a very nice and spacious room, the staff was absolutely attentive and courteous, responsive to any request, all areas very clean, they took care of all details specially when having a situation with the parking ticket were very helpful, there was a earthquake warning and I was surprised how good they managed the emergency protocols, this place is beyond of good service it is an excellent choice for business or personal trips, it will always be my choice to stay in...

"Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"

"Stayed here four nights. The property is beautiful and the boutique hotel is within a large building consisting of a gym , coffee shops , and restaurants. There is at least two fine dining locations on the property. Service at Antigua Boutique was excellent and the rooms were very nice and large. Would recommend. "

"If you’re traveling with family and kids, this place is perfect. There’s a giant mall downstairs with plenty of restaurants to choose from, a grocery supermarket. The hotel itself has excellent staff - courteous, attentive and professional. Breakfast buffet was above average and the dining room was organized. Rooms were clean and spotless. The Basilica de Guadalupe is less than 15 minutes by car. There’s a Costco 2 miles away. Uber rides is very convenient."

"This is my second time staying at ULIV Antara. It's an excellent place to stay if you are traveling to Mexico City. It is extremely clean, staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are very spacious, it is in an excellent area for shopping and dining. I highly recommend them! "
