Distance from airport to hotel is not accurate on application shows 17 min and it is 35 min away. When we arrive no one was at the entrance desk and no sign to take the elevator to lobby that is located on the next floor we waited over 30 min to be able to check in due to the lock of information

Not as expected!

Terrible parking system! Is not easy to get out and very difficult to get in! Staff are not great! Buffet for breakfast is terrible!

This could have been 5 stars. Hotel is clean, staff is attentive and breakfast was good. However, half way through the stay they asked us to move to another room because they were planning to do maintenance to the floor where we were on. When asked why did they put us in that room in the first place if maintenance was planned. They couldn't answer. I asked them to wait until we checked out but they refused. Obviously an inconvenience for us that the hotel could have avoided if they planned ahead. Shame because it could have been a very nice stay.

Terrible planning for painting an elevator area

The hotel was painting the elevators in the parking lot, the strong smell of thinner move towards the room, we were in the second floor and it was awful. We asked for refund and they said they could not do it because it was reserved through hotels.com. They offered another room but the whole building had the smell and it was terrible.

Las habitaciones son muy básicas, ponen 3 almohadas muy pequeñas con fundas desgarradas en el baño toda el agua se sale de área de regadera y la cortina del baño es muy corta parece sábana arrugada, vieja y con argollas rotas, el desayuno muy malo, el huevo con mal sabor y un poco quemado y el pan no es fresco es de días atrás

Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación con una sola cama cuando nuestra reserva era con 2 camas, fuimos a recepción y argumentaron que lo revisarían, después de media hora nos comentan que es correcto pero que no tienen habitaciones dobles, que tienen un tema eléctrico, después de 3 horas nos dan la habitación por la cual pagamos, casi a las 11 de la noche, horrible
