「The front desk are not flexible, i book for 2 rooms, and I asked them if they can put us into a connecting room - front desk said it’s too late, but I notice the nxt day the door close to our room is empty」

「The room was nice and clean, had lots of extra space. We check in late as we were driving and the front desk person was a little short with us, staff was nice at breakfast and in the halls. Breakfast was fine. Biggest complaints are the $10 parking fee which when we booked said free parking, the wifi was hard to connect to and we had to use hotspot for any secure browser.
