「The location was great. The bedding was dirty(coverlet and pillow cases), there were no supplies in the kitchenette, which was one of the reasons we chose the room. The tv in the living area didn’t work, there was no breakfast left when we came down at 9:30, we tried to enjoy the fire pit outside, but there was a group of 6 girls around 11 years old in the pool area unsupervised making it difficult to share the space, and we had to wait more than once for someone to help us at the front desk....

「Expensive」

「In the center of Banff, very good location and the hospitality service, highly recommend」
