"The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in, and the maintenance staff—especially those responsible for the garage—should be commended. "The property and the rooms were great. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also a fun surprise that kids could earn a prize by dialing *11 from the room phone to listen to a story and then go back to the check-in desk to answer questions about it."

"The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular."

"The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

"Our first stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. We arrived a little early and checked in, but the front desk experience got our stay off to a poor start. The woman helping us seemed much more interested in talking with her coworkers and assisting other guests than focusing on our check-in. Since it was our first time staying at the hotel, I expected at least a brief explanation of the property or its amenities, but none was provided. We were simply told that we'd receive a...

"The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. "
