"My family and i stayed here for a week. Very nice hot breakfast, very clean dining area. Room was very spacious and clean. Pool options were great my daughter is 5 and just learning to swim and this hotel offered a toddler pool as well as the big pool and hot tub. The game room was great. Laundry room worked well washers and dryers are alittle old but they worked well. Customer service was excellent anytime we needed anything like towels or toilet tissue they were really quick with getting the items to us. Hotel was very quiet even when they was packed with people you never heard any noise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and my family and I will definitely be staying here again."

"We loved everything about our stay. The only thing I would suggest is the air conditioner didn't get real cold at 65 degrees. Also the morning we were checking out they knocked on our door 3 times to see if we were in there. This was an hour and a half before checkout time. Other than that, we will stay there again. "

"I like that the stream is just outside the hotel, haunted mansion is just next to the hotel and walkable distance from the main road. "

"Amazing spa for adults and lazy river for the kids. Well maintained property in a great location. About 15 min to Sugarland Visitors Center in Great Smokey Mountains National Park and right off the main strip in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood next door! "

"A little dark I the hallway coming out on the 2nd floor. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast ladies very sweet. "

"So much to do you’d never have to leave! Awesome indoor and outdoor water park to keep kids entertained for hours! Tons of other activities for kids and a pool party in the afternoons with music, beach balls and free snow cones! 100% recommend! Only thing I would change would be warmer water in indoor pool. "
