「The sound of the rushing river right outside the windows was very pleasant. This quaint property could use some freshening up and repair. We had a nice stay and would like to come back someday when it has a fresh face.」

「My stay was great. Off season for a ski mountain, so the place was wonderfully quiet. The mattress was comfy, the lights in the room have a neat feature to keep you from forgetting to turn them off, internet is good (supported a conference call), dinner in the pub was excellent as were the views!」

「Beautiful old building, well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was great. Bathrooms in these old inns are afterthoughts, this one was squeezed in and did not match the high nightly price the inn charges. Fiberglass tub/shower was adequate but tight so wondered why they bothered with the tub, should have just done a shower and gained some room. Vanity top was in good shape but laminate. 「Unbelievable! One of those travel experiences we will remember for the rest of our lives. This was such a peaceful place with the frogs in the lily pond providing the night "music" and the birds proving the morning "music" Very beautiful and well-maintained. View of Mount Washington in the distance from our window. We plan to return to spend a few days for our anniversary next year. Looking for peace and quiet and beauty? This is it! Good food also!」
