「I booked a standard ensuite double room but upgraded to the Tudor Suite. I chose this hotel because it is hundreds of years old, which is something we don’t get to experience much in the USA! 「Stayed the night due to a friends birthday event, instructions clear and precise, room was lovely with plenty of tea, coffee and various glasses. Would definitely recommend.」

「Had to call the manager to get keycodes to get into rooms. Why wasnt this sent in a separate message ??? Front door on second day had a broken lock so was left open with no front desk. Bed was well used, too soft. Electric shower was OK, but who has these now, should be mains fed. Room was eclectic Parisian theme....if the bed was more comfortable would come back (maybe) , but property as a whole felt like an HMO. and access to it was from the rear , not easy to find.」

「It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night.」
