「Falta seriedad en la reserva de habitaciones, reservé con mucho tiempo y la primera noche me dieron una muy por debajo de la que pagué, si no reclamaba seguro me dejaban en esa. Me cambiaron al día siguiente con una explicación poco creíble de falla del sistema. 」

「Clean room, attentive staff. small insect problem but the manager took care of it immediately and it was resolved for the rest of our stay. Staff English limited but Google Translate made things smooth 😁. If you have any situation or problem, the staff is very attentive, but if you don’t say anything : no solution 😜. We would stay again 」
