「The hotel was too far from Montego Bay, a vehicle suppose to pick you up from the airport and it wasn’t one, A vehicle supposed to take you to the airport from the hotel and it wasn’t one. So please be careful booking this hotel.」

「The hotel has an amazing seaside location with beautiful views, which is definitely its strongest feature. It’s also conveniently located near Dunn’s River Falls and Blue Hole, making it easy to explore some of the area’s top attractions. 「The staff is very rude and was not helpful. They stated since we made the reservation on Expedia, we received a discount. Additionally the AC in the room started to leak and requested another room. The staff gave us a difficult time. Our original room did not even have a clothing iron. Additionally the internet gave issues and when ask the staff was not helpful and rude. I would not recommend this is hotel at all. This hotel was was downside of my vacation. 」

「Beautiful property and surroundings but the rooms are very basic and not clean. We had plumbing issues that weren't fixed during our stay and the breakfast was less than desirable. If you only need a place to sleep then it's okay, but very lacking for anything more.」

「I got locked out my room late at night and had to wait about a hr before I could get in my room maybe more. The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay! 」
