"Great hotel. Clean and drcent breakfast. However, the hotel should tell you BEFORE you book that the pool is closed for renovations. Renos are a part of life, but a change in amenities should be disclosed prior to bookong. "

"I've stayed here in the past with my family and I've stayed in other hotels as well in Calgary. This is still the best hotel for all the places I've stayed. Customer service is still on top. The breakfast buffet, still one of my favorite thing as well. And the staff who accomodate my request, thank you for the 33rd floor, the view was phenomenal. They also offer valet parking now as well which is a good deal if you are paying the same amount as parking your car yourself. Can't wait to stay here again"

"We loved the place, it was close to everything. The hotel room that we chose came with a mini Kitchen, you can use the laundry room there. But the best thing about this is the staff and how the treated us, we will definitely go back :)"

"This location was fabulous for me for ubering around downtown. For example Superstore was a short ride away to stock up on food. The suite itself was great, I had basically everything I needed for a 4-day stay and I felt very comfortable. The staff were great also. For cleanliness it was pretty good. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would recommend. "
