"This has always been my first choice whenever I stay in Huntsville. I absolutely love the hotel from the staff to the amenities, parking convenience. It is always a pleasure speaking with the staff from Sarah, Constance, Dalton, Greg and I think her name is Leah. They all make me feel welcomed. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you all for always providing a delightful, pleasant and comfortable experience and stay! "

"The room was really nice with the exception of the walls seeming to be paper thin. My wife and I were there to enjoy a relaxing night of relaxation, only to hear the kids in the next room all evening. Early the next morning, we were awakened by the noises of the parents coming in and all of the commetion on packing dropping things and scolding the kids. That morning, we thought a nice soak in the hot tub would be relaxing only to discover the same scene from the night before. The pool and hot tub were overflowing with unruly kids with not a parent in sight. We again decided to pass. The property is beautiful, but do not come here for a relaxing evening after enjoying the shops and restaurants of Bridge Street. Also, I was not offered a birthday discount that I know they offer. When I mentioned it being a birthday getaway, I was give a room with a view of the back parking lot "

"Super easy check-in and check-out. Desk staff is always friendly. Couldn’t be more convenient if you have an early flight. Toiletries smelled nice. It was nice they had the option of ordering from the bar from your room until around 10pm. Our order was wrong, and not the best quality, but having the option was still appreciated (there aren’t any others in the airport at night before security). Rooms are clean, but bathroom showing a little wear. Nothing severe or gross. Walkway to the front desk is pretty much direct from the parking lot. Airline check-in desks are just an elevator ride away. I’m sure we’ll stay here again. "
