"We arrived after 9pm so the lobby was closed. We just called them before arriving and the wonderful worker got me all checked in over the phone! She was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This property has obviously been refurbished recently! The peaceful nature themed interior decor was beautiful and the wood furniture offered plenty of storage. Thoughtful details like additional shelving in closet area and the Keurig coffee maker were nice. There are plenty of amenities such as multiple pools, a playground, and outdoor movie screen that would be great for entertaining kids. The staff helped us with late check in procedures. When we needed hand soap, the cleaning staff delivered it and also refreshed our room even though we weren’t scheduled for a cleaning that day. The room was meticulously clean and I’m very particular about cleaning. Be aware the bathroom is rather small, but nicely redecorated. The breakfast was continental, but also offered microwave grits and oatmeal, as well as boiled eggs. It met our basic needs, but The Pancake House is just across the street for a more extensive meal. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cade’s Cove!"

"Staff was very attentive to our problem. Parking was great. Very close to the Performing Arts Center, which was where we were seeing a comedy show."

"It’s everything you imagined. When you leave and have a serious discussions with your spouse about having your own adult treehouse, you know this place was worth every penny. The option to park my car away from tree debris and weather was a major plus. My only issue was the lack of a kitchen sink. We did most of our cooking and had to use the bathroom sink to clean our dishes. Just grab paper plates and plastic utensils before you arrive and you’re good to go."

"Very nice people at front desk, room was SPOTLESS.....excellent location and property grounds were beautiful. Beds were comfy and room was quaintly appointed. On the downside, we could not use the chairs sitting on the porch of our room because of the two chain smokers sitting on porch next to us all night, not the property managers fault but maybe there should be a smoking area away from the rooms. Would have been nice to have some chairs to sit in near the river.....but overall satisfied"
