「The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco.」

「the "bedrooms" were not bedrooms. there was not 1 actual bedroom. there are 3 really small rooms with no closet or room for anything. this is a converted office of some kind. rooms were super small, ceilings were very low, and location was about as bad as you could imagine in fort collins. i don't recommend this place in any way to anyone. 」
