Terrible experience. My family checked in and within 15 minutes we were checking out. The room (234) was FILTHY. White stains on the bed skirt, smears all over the walls, insects and what looked like mouse droppings on the floor, crumbs on the floor that were never cleaned up, water damaged floor panels raised up and causing a tripping hazard. Upon checkout the front desk attendant didn’t even seem bothered by everything that I told her, they must be used to people choosing to leave rather than stay in their filthy establishment. I called the manager and was told that I was “already being refunded” but that was a lie. Disputed it with Expedia but they couldn’t even get a response from the hotel. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND if you expect any cleanliness.

We had to switch rooms because the room reeked of the smell of smoke the next room the shower was full of vey fine hairs bed skirt was ripped in multiple places we were extremely tired from the drive an the two events we attended. The front desk clerk was very understandable but we wasn't compensated for our inconvenience
