"The room would be ideal for a night over. The breakfast choices -apples, hot and cold beverages, muffins, bread and waffles... I went out and got breakfast at a local restaurant. "

"The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all because I have a really bad allergies specially of a smoke and I sneezed like 20,00000 times. Unfortunately we checked in around 2:30am so our options weren’t many to look for another place to sleep at that time, but we checked out around 8 ish after taking a shower to try to get the smell out of us. I wanted to bring up as well the floor feels sticky. The kitchen area of the room is updated with new appliances but the bathroom didn’t look that nice. I’m very disappointed. "

"We were charged an extra $523.28 (over $87/day) above what we paid through Expedia. We had made a room change when we first made the booking, 4 months earlier, because we wanted a bathroom en suite, and were told we were all set. It seems as if the hostess waited to tell us about the additional charge until we arrived because she knew that we had limited ability to book anything different for a reasonable price at that point, especially given that it was February vacation week for the East Coast. "
