「The property is very clean and modern with a picturesque nature around it. It is equipped with all you need. There is a manager on site every day just in case you need anything.」

「The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. 「Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

「the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! So it’s super noisy, the sound is unbearable, can’t sleep during the night! And there’s some weird rain drop sound as well. The blind in the room can’t block the light, so it’s super bright in the morning. Got up everyday at 6 when the sun comes out. So if you want to have good rest, just stay away 」

「It would be an excellent property for 4 adults, all would get a nice comfortable bed. It is modern and updated, especially nice is the 2 full bathrooms. Location is convenient to popular outdoor activity areas. We had a car and could park in front. The only downfall is I didn’t get clear communication beforehand regarding to go to off-site property manager Niseko Landmark View, best during business hours, to check in and get keys. It was a 4 minute drive from house. I would stay here a second...
