The price was good. The room clean and the rating on Expedia was wrong. I found the room very dirty. Smoke burn on the sofa and the bed. I found a used shaving kit instead of a new one

Hic tavsiye etmiyorum.

Unsatisfied

We decided against staying at this hotel in the end. Our arrival was delayed by about half hour due to the wrong location given in Google maps. We eventually got the correct location from the receptionist who seemed unconcerned at our inconvenience when I informed him the correct details need to be amended online. He then took around another 30 mins finding our booking and showed me our room, which was different to the pictures online and poorly maintained. A second room was shown which was better, but we were then informed that both the pool and gym facilities were closed due to Covid-19. This was NOT mentioned online or on our booking at all, and was a primary reason for reserving this hotel as the location is a little far from central Riyadh and the main attractions. Thankfully, we were given the option of cancelling our reservation at no cost and opted for a more convenient location at a similar price.
