The standard room has very tiny window that can’t be opened. I tired to change my room even to a higher floor to get some natural lighting, but I was told that they were all the same. The online picture looks bigger and better than the real room. The hotel’s location is closer to the convention center, but not very convenient to stores in walking distance. 3-5 min car is needed if you want to get something. I am here for a convention. It works ok, but this is not an hotel for Riyadh if you want to explore little bit the culture.

Nice comfortable hotel. As a westerner I enjoy this hotel because it’s quiet and away from the noisy city. The staff is very friendly and give you privacy. Rooms are small but very clean and cute.

A clean hotel, worthy of its stars. The service was very good - everyone went out of the way to provide what was needed. In a good location (or as good as you can get in Riyadh).

This was my second stay at this location. The first time was a month ago in a standard room for one night. And this stay was a two day weekend stay in a suit w my family. Check-in was easy. As usual, the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly! The rooms are great, especially for the price. There is an option for breakfast that can be paid in advance or by the day; w reasonable hours. Unfortunately, i have not dined for any other meal there, but there is room service and dinner.

The non smoking room without window

The rooms were without window. Also, I had to check out and travel early. Hotels.com (as always) were very professional. They understood the case and tried to contact the hotel. After many tries, the hotel reservation office did not consider that and refused to check out. They didn't want to refund me. Beside the reservation, all hotel staff (reception, restaurant, room service) were great! but unfortunately, the hotel manager and the reservation office didn't consider my case, even if I talked to them personally :(

No 4 star experience - would not come back

First night with room right next to elevator; impossible to sleep with the noise levels. Second night at new room, slightly better but loud AC. Breakfast service literally not existent. One morning there was no coffee as the ‘coffee machine was temporarily at the coffee shop’. Staff was not trying to find alternative solutions. Room was not made when returning at 7pm. Everything appears unorganized and chaotic. Feels like a 2 star hotel at best. Frankly unimpressed!

Das Hotel bietet ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück, Personal, Sauberkeit und auch die Zimmer sind (sehr) gut. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Platzierung der Toilette im Bad, die mindestens keine Bewegungsfreiheit der Knie zur Wand erlaubt. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche in den höheren Stockwerken ist niedrig. Die Temperatur des Duschwassers schwankt und muss zwischendurch nachgeregelt werden. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist wenig attraktiv, kann aber hilfreich sein, je nachdem wo in Riad man seinen Geschäftstätigkeiten nachgeht. Trotzdem ein akzeptables Hotel.

Close to the Cornention Center

Everything was great, they let us do an early check in. Bed was comfortable, fast WiFi, room service was great, food as well. The only thing was small, and it didn’t have door, so everything got wet.

Nice hi-end hotel. As usual in KSA everything looks good but manufactured by china. Water from the showel goes tru the poorly installed shower cabinet and floods the floor. Drain is 2cm higher that rest of the room so water goes to the bedroom instead
