「Snow all around the property. Black ice No salt Sofas in lobby were dirty. No water in the lobby Business Center out of service Room light not working. Very very limited vegetarian options in breakfast. 」

「Very clean and beautiful. Hadn't been there in years and EVERYTHING had been renewed and upgraded. The continental breakfast was VERY average and the TV remote control in the Suite bedroom did not work. Worst part was all the drunks in the beautiful bar lounge that made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Although we would've stayed for another drink or 2, we left after 1.」
