"I liked the old style of the building. Though our room was in a renovated wing with new laminate flooring and bright white paint which felt at odds with the style of the original hotel. It was clean , staff were friendly, and beds comfortable."

"Main stairway to front door was not illuminated after dark, so I told receptionist who said it was on a timer and nothing she could do. Lots of hot water in evening but only cold in the morning."
