"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"Our stay was fantastic. We arrived after midnight and the staff were very helpful with excellent communication throughout the day to make sure we could still anccess into our room. The room was huge, everything we needed and woke up to a beautiful view. What a great find and would stay again ! "

"Pool area and location great! Rooms are really worn down and not clean. They don’t provide pillow cases only big sheets. There is barely any kitchen ware; no type of coffee maker, no bread knives, no serving spoons, not even a plate for each guest. The café / restaurant at the residence isn’t always open so don’t expect a morning coffee. We also had a folder up extra bed taking up space in the apartment."
