「Unbeatable location for the trade show but dated furnishings. The air conditioner duct is pretty dusty and I wish there’s a lower fan speed for sleep. The sound insulation could be improved from hallways. On the plus side, the mattress is pretty good, firm and supportive. 」

「Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( 」

「We loved how close it was to Disneyland. The room was exactly how the pictures suscribes it to be. It was very clean, not just the rooms but the overall cleanliness of the property really surprised me. I have stayed at motel 6 before and this property was by far the best. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the parking fee. We had to pay parking, I think it was $25 per day which I honestly think is ridiculous because we are already paying to stay in your property, parking should be...

「Very clean and staff were professional and friendly. The door was a little wonky and took a good shove to close from the inside. The hallways were narrower and dimmer than other hotels I've stayed at with this price point. There was a balcony which was nice to judge the weather before leaving my room, but there was zero view to enjoy. Just the back side of the building, other balconies, and an obstructed view of the street. Definitely recommend getting a room higher than the 3rd or even the 4th...
