"An old motel that has not been updated, or even well kept. We sensed that it may also be a "welfare" hotel. We booked it because it had good ratings, but in our opinion, those ratings were inflated. Right at the airport, but not noisy. Easy parking and pets stay free."

"Location is perfect for function attemding. Easy access to expressway. Have stayed before and love the room style. A little disappointed this time around. Only half a roll of TP and no extra roll in room. Batteries dead in one of remotes. Ended up using my own Also, only 2 tissues left. Left hanger on my door ar 6am for housekeeping to replinish tp and tissues, and coffee. Back to room at 12am and nothing. Hanger still on door. I read somewhere housekeepimg wbery 3rd day. I only stayed 2 but they should have seen thr amonites requeat on door. And honestly i dont think ive ever stayed in a hotel without an extra roll in the room Breakfast was okay bit no clean tables amd trash over flowing, and no juice cups. Hot tub workong, but no towels at pool. (Of.course bc ots the one tome i didnt bring my own towel). Front desk staff friendly. Hopimg most of this was a one off, and will stay again next time up in Richmond to attend my meeting, but if sme issies persist will habe to find a different place for future"

"The room was not clean at all. The bathroom was terrible and had to request the cleaning. Looks like they just agave it without cleaning. The main door opens without key. I would be requesting a refund on this. The staff was very courteous and very helpful."

"We had an amazing stay! When we arrived, our rooms had actually been canceled because of an issue with the booking app, but the front desk clerk was so amazing. They helped us get into rooms so quickly we didn’t even have time to stress—seriously top-tier customer service! The rooms were clean, a really nice size, and very comfortable. The beds were super cozy! I would’ve loved slightly heavier blankets, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. I do hope in the future they add a complimentary breakfast or even a kitchen option. Overall, this hotel is definitely at the top of our list—we will absolutely be staying again when we visit Virginia! "

"We made a reservation for 2 Queen Beds, when we arrived to the hotel around 5pm, the desk clerk said that rooms are first come first serve and they were out of Queen rooms and only had a room with 1 King size bed, and they didn’t have rollaway beds/cots nor sofa beds. The reservation was made showing 2 Adults and 2 kids…one King size bed was not going to accommodate us. Luckily, we brought our air mattress with us and the clerk was able to place us in a handicap room that had enough space for the mattress! We had only 2 sets of towels/washcloths and were told there weren’t any left and wouldn’t be any until 10 am next day. We had to leave before then to get to our event. The bathroom sink, the stopper would not stay up. The shower didn’t have much water pressure. The breakfast buffet was okay, younger kid enjoyed the pancakes. Older kid enjoyed the bagels. The eggs were cold and the bacon was cold and greasy. Coffee and drinks were good. The only good thing was the front desk staff. The clerk that checked us in tried to make things right with the room and our inconvenience, by knocking a few dollars off of the room price, but it still wasn’t worth it. Other than that I doubt we’ll stay here again. "

"The closet door was falling off and laying against one of our beds so we had to immediately change rooms upon checking in. Our second room had a disgusting stained sofa, a large red stain on the carpet, and public hairs in the shower. "

"The hotel looks new, had great coffee. Has a gym and an indoor pool.the room was nice but small. Reminds me of a Microtel. The floor in the room was absolutely filthy. I let the front desk know."
