「The room is really clean but not really quiet the morning time you can hear the house keeping person talk really loud and there’s no towel on the floor for restroom and no soap bar . The tissue is empty. I have to use the toilet paper. 」

「Our stay was excellent. Christine at the hotel check in was exceptional taking care of our room requests and went above and beyond! Room was very clean, comfortable and better than we expected. Great job Four Winds South Bend!!! We prefer this location now over New Buffalo. Also the staff in the casino was very helpful and the bartenders were very friendly.」

「The property was very nice and clean. Our rooms were spacious. We were greeted and checked in quickly at the front desk and I missed getting his name but he was very nice and made sure to ask if we needed anything and how everything was when we left. The only complaint I have is not against the hotel at all but the teenage boys that had no respect for younger children in the pool. Again not against the hotel at all but shame on parents for not teaching their kids better!」
