「Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.」

「I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the "new" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck.」

「the rooms were large and the floors clean, refrigerator was small but uesable. Breakfast was usual items, it was good but I like bacon better than sausage staff were friendly but it would have speeded up check in if two people were working the desk. I didn't use pool, but it look clean (outside) Parking was in a gated lot the fence needs some repain in places.」

「The beds were hard, no microwave in the room, the hallways smelled like mildew, the toilet paper was 1 ply, the parking lot was small, breakfast was subpar, but the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」
