「The breakfast had moldy fruit, the yogurt machine wasn’t working, and the jam was runny. There wasn’t a single cup in the rooms, or ice bucket. Also, no shower gel. There was also a nail clipping on the floor, which made me question how often rooms are vacuumed.」

「Property needs upgrading. Carpets in hallways and lobby are dirty. Furniture and cabinets were beat up and need replacing. I had to change my room due to a brown substance in the bathtub which looked like feces. The drawers on the dresser in my room would not stay in, because the floor in the room was so uneven that it caused the dresser to lean forward. Drawers kept coming open by themselves. The drawers are a hazard. Bottom line, my stay was not pleasant.」
