Ten minutes after arriving to our room we got a call from the front desk asking us to keep the noise down. We were tired and were simply putting our suitcases up and getting ready for bed. No loud talk, no music, no TV. Afterward, we tiptoed to keep the “noise” down and still got another call close to midnight from the front desk because those in the lower floor room were not happy. I had to tell the front desk that we were sleeping now and not to call again. We travel a lot and this had never happened to us before. I will not stay here again.

The room was spotless when I checked in. There was no cleaning service done on my room while I was there, but that was fine. It was just me and I didn’t mess things up too badly, LOL. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for the things I was doing on my trip, and the price point was perfect. And yes, the parking was convenient and plentiful.

Was hassled by the staff about my service dog, even though they advertised pet friendly. My first morning I put the DO NOT DISTURB tag on my door and spoke to the maid clearly in Spanish that I didn’t need cleaning services that morning, when I went to walk my dog and grab a bite to eat. When I returned 2 hours later the man who was at the front desk when I left was coming out of my room. I asked what he was doing in my room? He said he was ensuring that it had been cleaned properly. I told him there was a DO NOT DISTURB tag on the door, which he had in his hands. My toiletries bag was on top of my suitcase when I left, it was on the ground when I returned. My suitcase was unzipped and my intimate apparel, which has a specific zipper cubby, was on top of my clothing. He then said there had been complaints about loud music coming from my room. I only have a phone and ear buds for music. I complained to the duty manager and was told that I was crazy. I district manager just happened to walk in while I was talking to the desk manager. He was nice and professional but was only concerned about making the problem go away, not with his employees behavior. NEVER STAY HERE!

Some of these newer hotels are all look and no real bones. Very clean and service was good. Floors and walls so thin you will hear everyone around you. Has “amenities” but not any real way to use them without fronting extra cash. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Both my partner and I woke up with back aches, head aches, and with multiple wakes up throughout the night. Did fine in a pinch, but lower grade hotels actually have breakfast and comfier beds!

Front desk has no clue on anything. I asked about drink machine, the young guy had no clue. At check-in I had to tell girl 2-3 times no I do not have a pet. There are no hand towels, all I got was 2 wash cloths and 2 towels. So wash hands had to dry on clothes. Ask front desk guy he again had no clue.

The room was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of amenities such as tissues, hair dryer, coffee maker and ice machine.
