The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The roof top deck was such a great space to have a drink on and to look at the views of the river. The pool with swings and a bar was a great place to hang out in to cool down on a hot day.

Two day trip

Very comfortable hotel with a gorgeous warm pool. Hotel has its own dock where you can get picked up for waterboat tours.

Staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean. I really want to leave a good review as they are trying so hard, but there are shortcomings that could easily be addressed. The rooms are pretty basic and a couple of glasses, a hairdryer, extra towels etc would make a huge difference. Restaurant staff need proper training - they try very hard but seem unsure as to what they should be doing. They didn’t offer us the correct breakfast menu or explain options. There wasn’t much choice on the menu but food was ok.

We were welcomed with a drink, and sent up 3 flights of stairs to our room (my husband is 70), The room was mediocre and overlooked the kids playground. No waterview and not romantic. When I asked for a room with a view I was told NO. I was informed that waterview suites were only for families. I made it clear I wasnt on vacation to sleep outside a playground. As no alternative was offered we moved to another hotel,

Necesita arreglos

El hotel tiene una linda alberca al lado del estero, su servicio a la alberca fue muy bueno, guacamole delicioso. Sin embargo, el desagüe de la regadera estaba tapado, se encharcaba el agua. La habitación para 3 es amoli pero sólo había una cama king y un sofá cama cuabso bien podrian reemplazar él sofá por otra cama. En general da la impresion de estar un poco abandonado.

Personnel très aimable, serviable et disponible. Chambre spacieuse, propre et belle salle de bain, seul problème, la pression de la douche était faible. Mais le plus, un superbe couché du soleil sur le toit de l'hôtel ainsi que la visite d'une famille de mapache au bord de la piscine.
