Hotel beira da lagoa

Recepção amigável, dando informação sobre a cidade e atrações turísticas. Ambiente maravilhoso, beira da lagoa. Uma dica, poderiam oferecer algum serviço de passeio de barco aos hóspedes, bem como construir um pier para contemplação. O que me incomodou, foi o estado do colchão e travesseiros, muito uso, pouca resistência, poderiam pensar em renovar. Demais, um ótimo lugar.

Instalações muito básicas. Pela página do hotel na Hotéis.com parecia melhor. Café da manhã fraquíssimo, suco era um refresco em pó bem doce (água com açúcar), café com gosto de queimado, variedade razoável com qualidade baixa. Cama ruim com lençóis velhos.

Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo neste hotel e não tenho absolutamente nada para reclamar. O atendimento é excelente, a limpeza é impecável, e até mesmo no meio da pandemia, onde o café não manhã não é no modo tradicional, fomos muito bem servidos.
Mesmo não podendo utilizar o buffet no café da manhã por conta da pandemia, fomos surpreendidos positivamente com o café que recebemos. Tudo delicioso.

Bom hotel, com uma excelente vista a Lagoa

Muito interessante o hotel. Bem localizado, e com acomodações satisfatórias. Achei o preço da diária incompatível com o quarto oferecido. Já me hospedei em quartos muito melhores, pagando menos.

Me hospedaria novamente, com certeza!

O hotel é bom e com preço justo. Fica fora do centro da cidade, porém tem um shopping praticamente na frente. O atendimento é muito bom com funcionários atenciosos, o estacionamento fica na parte interna e incluso, o café da manhã é bom com uma vista magnifica para a Lagoa dos Patos. Quarto bem equipado, limpo e confortável. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, não tinha vontade de sair do banho! O quarto que fiquei tinha vista para a margem da Lagoa... ver o por do sol na Lagoa dos Patos foi sensacional.
