There was a super king size bed in the room which took up most of the room and made placing luggage and moving about difficult, a double bed would have been plenty and then there would have been room to move. The staff were very friendly and helpful, air conditioning was good and the location of the Hotel was excellent being close to parks, municipal theatre etc. Will stay again but we will make sure we get a room with more space. Breakfast was the usual Brazilian hotel breakfast and was fine.

Foi nossa primeira vez no hotel e nao voltaremos pra esse hotel, a cama com colcao duro so tinha um cobertô pedie outro e me trouxeram um com mau cheiro porta do banheiro nao fechava torneira da pia a agua era quase gotejando nao tinha presao, café da manha basico sinal da internet. Fraco no quarto.tem muitos pontos negativos.

Minha experiência foi bastante negativa. O hotel tem estrutura muito antiga e mal conservada, com móveis velhos, elevadores que dão trancos ao parar e passam sensação de insegurança, além de cobertores antigos e desconfortáveis. A TV praticamente não oferece utilidade, já que não é smart e não pegava praticamente nada. O atendimento também deixou a desejar, com exceção de um recepcionista que foi prestativo. No geral, a equipe demonstrou pouca disposição para orientar e ajudar com informações básicas. Outro ponto que me incomodou bastante foi a localização e a sensação de insegurança durante a noite. A rua é estreita, muito deserta e o entorno passa pouca sensação de segurança, o que tornou a experiência desconfortável. Pela minha experiência, não recomendo a hospedagem.

Já tinha me hospedado antes, mas dessa vez fiquei num quarto com um banheiro bem ruim. A porta do box não fechava molhando o outro lado do banheiro, a tampa do vaso tava quebrada então toda vez desencaixava quando tinha que usar. No mais sem reclamações, café da manhã é muito bom.

Fui surpreendida pq esperava um hotel mais ou menos, simplesmente perfeito, quarto espaçoso, com armário, cofre, mesa pra refeição, aparador, colchão super confortável. Banheiro grande, um chuveiro que mais parecia uma ducha de hidromassagem. O ar condicionado deve ter a idade do hotel mas de uma funcionalidade fora do comum de bom. O refeitório para o café da manhã com uma decoração linda em azul e branco simples mas perfeita, aconchegante, café da manhã farto e delicioso. Nota 10/10. Espero contar brevemente!.
