The property looks pretty old but it’s ok staff was nice breakfast is the same thing every day they should change it. I read some reviews that said that there is no hot water but there was overall I can’t complain.

Atlantico Star was a convenient hotel to stay in the copacabana zone. It was a functional hotel where everything feels old, but still works very good. The place definitily needs an upgrade to more moderns facilities becausa it has a good potencial. Instead this, i do not have anyproblem with my stay and the price payed was less than other hotels in the area.

It was terrible! The hotel sucks! One day without lights, other day with no hot water. And I had to pay for it. Jesus! The hotel looks like the Hollywood Tower Hotel! Stay away from it!

Hotel totalmente descuidado, paredes sujas, tetos com mofo, mobiliarios e persianas caindo, toalhas velhas quase furando, no primeiro dia tive que pedir para trocar pois parecia aquelas fraldas de pano de bebe, você enxergava do outro lado. Box vazando água, roupas de cama encardidas. Havia tempo que nao ficava num hotel tao sem manutenção, existe uma grande diferença entre hotel simples e mal cuidado.

El edificio es muy viejo los ascensores se traban El agua de la pileta en la terraza estaba verde El desayuno es muy pobre, sin maquina para tostar si quiera, ni medialunas El inodoro pierde y se escucha la gotita caer toda la noche El bidet no se puede elegir la canilla para lluvia o para limpieza, sale por los dos lados, no sirve ninguna Las toallas las cambian cada 2 días para "preservar el medio ambiente" La rejilla de la ducha se salía El blackout se salía Las tarjetas de ingreso se desmagnetizan de la nada El wifi es horrible, lento y se cae a cada rato La televisión solo tiene canales de aire Se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones linderas Si pueden evitar este hotel, se hacen un favor, no creo que vaya a cambiar para nada

Experiência ruim

Quartos despreparados para receber hóspedes, cama quebrada, desconfortável. Funcionários da recepção mal educados e arrogantes. Solicitamos a estadia de 3 camas de solteiro, chegando lá eles informaram que não tem e que não existe quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Reclamamos e nos transferiram para um quarto com 2 camas de casal. No café da manhã tinha casca de ovo misturado com o ovo mexido. Não recomendaria esse hotel a ninguém.

A localização é muito boa, porém é um hotel que já foi bom. Instalacões antigas, tudo muito antigo, chuveiro ruim, e cama não muito confortável. Creio que está tendo obra no hotel, a viagem foi para passeio e descanso, porém muito barulho de obra o dia todo.
