"The location was great. We walked to Dotonbori for food! We were also above a great shopping center. The staff went beyond our expectations as my sister left her phone in a cab and they called the cab company and tracked down the phone and it was waiting in our room when we returned to the hotel. The bar was nice with a great view of Osaka. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

I was thrilled when I checked in that the management had upgraded me to the 27th floor, which was a restricted area. I felt very special when using the elevator to get to my room. I must say having a corner room at that level and looking out your window, the view and scenery of Osaka is breathtaking. Overall, the room is very spacious and clean, and there are a lot of grooming amenities for you at your convenience. And that’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka.
