The staff was excellent and the room was clean. You had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The toilet was 14 inches off of the ground. The beds were very uncomfortable. WOOULD DEFINITELY PLAN ON MAKING THIS THE STOP EACH TIME. LOTS OF EFFORT PUT INTO TO MAKING SURE ALL NEEDS ARE MET WHILE TRAVELING FROM COLD PLUNGE TO COMFORT. 10/10 WILL DO AGAIN
