Parking was easy. However, the property is in terrible shape. This is not a hotel, it is a motel. The man at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. The room door wouldnt open with the key card.

Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
Staff was friendly, room was comfy and spacious, all food was delish, both pool areas were really nice, the only down fall was the inside pool could have used a little more ventilation. The "spa" was very hot and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Please - you should stay at The Jefferson Hotel. You really should. It was a great experience - and I say that as an experienced traveler ( IBM, Equifax, and other Road-Warrior ).
