「I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Savannah. The location is great and the hotel have a historic charm to it while still being very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and nice to us. Customer service is great! You can get free bottled water at the reception.」

「Hotel’s not completed as stated in reviews and website. Once the restaurant, bar, outdoor patio, etc. are available, should be more appealing. Pros: convenient 10 minute drive to downtown Savannah, contemporary, minimalist design is attractive and appreciated, rooms are not sound proofed but hotel is quiet, luggage bench convenient and bed comfortable, room darkening and light filtering shades are a great idea, however, light still got in from the top, so we didn’t get that true darkening effect...

「This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! After researching many hotels in the Savannah area, I am sooo happy we chose The Marshall House. The location was prime for restaurants and sight seeing, but most of all, the hospitality of the staff and charm of the hotel itself were second to none. I highly, highly recommend this establishment and we will definitely be returning!!!」

「Staff was friendly easy to get along with. I came from out of town on Amtrak. Amtrak was having delays on service due to mechanical problems with one of the trains blocking the tracks in south Florida. Had a 6 and half hour delay get to the hotel. I was marked no show .between Expedia and hotel staff was able still get my room . Everything worked out great.」
