「Rooms were clean. Had to be moved due to noise from the boiler room. Other than that, excellent staff. Myra was awesome!」

「My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!」

「Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again.」

「$100 for a really bad place. We don’t expect a lot at this price point, but this was awful. Mold in the bathroom, small dog yapping on and off that we could hear late in the night through paper thin walls (among other *noises*), dirty small rooms and uncomfortable beds.
