"I have stayed in taal vista several times in the past this was the 1st time I was placed in a room that was so old and dingy. The towel holder even fell on my husbands head. For a ~10k per night it wasnt worth it. I will think more than twice before I book the hotel again in the future. i used to like the place."

I was not allowed to enter since I could not contact the unit agent/owner. I got itinerary number but guards are looking for QR code to enter which was not provided to me upon reservation.
