"My flight was 7:00 am and I wanted to get to the airport at 5. I asked the shuttle schedule at the front desk, and he said it will start at 5 and no guarantee when the driver will be at the hotel. I was told taking at 5 is fine as the Savanna airport is small and not busy. The next morning, a different person at the front desk said I was supposed to make a reservation for the shuttle which I was not mentioned it. Luckily, she helped me for the reservation quickly, and I made it to the flight. Thank you so much for her! Phew."
