「Just back from four days at the San Francesco. It's a perfect base from which to explore Rome. We found that most of the big tourist 'must sees' were within about half an hour's walking time from the hotel, but there's also a tram stop and bus options if that's a little too far. The welcome we got was exceptional, warm, friendly and in perfect English and the staff very generously listened to our poor attempts at Italian without laughing. 「Great location close enough even by walking distance ( for young people or people active , in shape) to St. Petro Basilica). We took taxi to other places drive 10-15min. Staff very helpful and nice. Room was very clean, nice windows, open wide, even in the bathroom. Shower with shower head from the ceiling or holding from the side option. Travelers from the US need to get special plugs for wall outlets that are not round shape ( we only had round shape ones and hotel did not provide) , if not...

「The room is big and comfortable and I had very good sleep during my stay in the hotel. The staff were nice and the fitness room is excellent. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here. Although the location is a bit far away from the city, you can take the metro to the Cornelia station, then take the bus 889 and 892 to the Hotel. Or there are shuttle bus from the hotel to the Metro station.」

I was worried it would be loud due to the area being so busy all hours of the day and night, but once we closed the windows, it was so quiet! Also, they give you a voucher for breakfast every day during your stay, at a restaurant a few doors down. The food and service is A+! We would highly recommend staying here!!」
