"This is an excellent hotel that combines the quality of a luxury stay with the warmth of a welcoming home. The staff were friendly, professional, accommodating, and trustworthy throughout our visit. The spa was immaculate and featured excellent facilities, providing a truly relaxing experience. The underrated grounds were an unexpected highlight, with beautiful pieces of art thoughtfully dotted around the perimeter of the property. We dined in the Italian restaurant, which was superb. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel for couples and families alike who are looking to discover one of the island's hidden gems."

"Lovely clean room. We had room 6. Small but ample. Nice powerful shower too. Up a lot of stairs though , so not easy when lugging a suitcase. Worth bearing in mind if less mobile. Room facilities were great with plenty of plugs , Tea & coffee making facilities , hairdryer. We had breakfast the one morning. Plentiful , hot & very tasty. Ideal location to travel around Anglesey . Friendly helpful hosts. Would recommend."

"So what can I say apart from this place is a hidden gem , it looks tired , looks can be very deceiving, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the room we had was spacious and very clean , the food incredible , Five stars , loads of choice for everyone, I always find it hard to find a good vegan meal ( normally it’s a burger) not here the menu is amazing, the portions large , all in all definitely worth a stay"

"On the original email, check in was supposed to be between 3-10pm. We arrived at 3.30 to find someone very flustered and we were told to come back after 5 because the rooms hadn't been cleaned. We came back after 5 to find a key with our name on it, and proceeded to find our room alone. There seemed to be no-one on site other than another guest. The bar area was locked and closed up. The room was ok, beds were comfortable and seemed clean. Bathroom floor seemed ready to collapse and the main light/ extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working, so we had to shower in very dim light. The next morning, we searched the downstairs area to find someone to check out. Didn't stay for breakfast because we had to be out early. When we found someone, they were friendly enough. In fact the person who turned us away the day before was friendly, but not many staff around, which made it interesting when we couldn't get into our room at first because one of the two keys didn't work. It made us think, who would have helped? Where was everyone? Very eery! Moelfre is a beautiful place, the B&B had amazing views."
