「The pictures on Expedia were not pictures of the property. We arrived at a room which was worse than a hostel. Small, scruffy and a bedroom no bigger than a double bed. We moved properties at our own expensive but it was the best decision. Having traveled extensively, I have never experienced anything like it before. 「This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled linens. 」
