「Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

「At the beginning the Spa center was not working so when we arrived we were told that we cannot use it . I was a bit upset because we came because of the Spa and we expected to use it . Normally the manager must notify all visitors befor their visit if there is any issue with the hotel but they did not inform us before our arrival.Anyway on our 3th day the Spa was open so everyone was happy at the end.And also we get a 10% discount because of it .」

「First room had a very bad bed. But when we ask for a solution whe got a new room. Rooms are basic but very clean. Very frendly people at the reception and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner is very good.」
