「Be sure and don’t make the mistake we did which was booking the wine suites versus the wine hotel. We thought we were booking close in to old town at the Wine hotel and turns out we were in a completely different spot close by but different area that has security surveillance the neighborhood. staff was wonderful unhelpful but yet we weren’t where we should have been or so I thought the other issue was there was mold on the walls and we could smell paint so it seemed like they had just painted...

I’ve never experienced that level of hospitality at a hotel or boutique property before. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.」
