"They did an excellent job. Gourmet breakfast on the patio right outside our room. When we had a request, they did everything they could to help us. It is located inside the old walled city. Lots of history and things to see. They made our stay very memorable."

"We were located near a construction site that was very loud. We struggled to sleep and relax in the room due to lack of window isolations.
The half board is included the breakfast and dinner.
The breakfast is included drinks and a nice buffet. The dinner is with a good selection but charging for any drink even the elementary once like water"
"Very good hotel. Decent food and close to the town and beach. My only complaint is we paid for 1/2 board (dinner and breakfast) and for breakfast we got full buffet and coffee/tea/juice/water etc. But for dinner we only got food and no drinks. I asked for water and they said no they only serve free water at breakfasts, not even free tap water even though it is safe to drink… so they make you pay €6 for a bottle of water with your meal if you want to drink. I’m not sure what the rules are in Greece but coming from the UK that was very disappointing. That being said, staff were friendly and the food was decent when we got it."
"Excellent hotel in a quiet location. Lovely staffed restaurant and very tentative. Breakfast and dinner big choice of food.
Transport easy and accessible. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would return again."
"Food and drinks were great although some food and especially coffee was not hot even when asked for it to be. Service was good but exceptional in the Champagne and Wine bar. The 3 ladies in there are so lovely and friendly.
Great pool areas and the adult only pool was fab, although children were allowed in April/May so at times was a bit noisy.
Room was lovely and big, side sea view room
Overall a lovely stay"
"We had an unforgettable 2nd Anniversary at Ella Elissa.
Our wedding anniversary getaway was perfect. The resort is clean, neat, and modern, but the outstanding service made it truly special. The staff upgraded us with a nice room, with ocean view! Thank you!!
The Asian team staffs were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly.
The chefs at buffet section were so sweet, serving up delicious meals, as well as the a la carte dining option were exceptional.
Highly recommended for a flawless romantic celebration!"
"En arrivant système informatique désuet car ni la carte Visa ni la carte débit RBC n'était acceptée alors que nous les aivons utilisées partout depuis le début du voyage et pendant notre séjour au Arte Hôtel. Avons dû courir au ATM pour retirer du liquide. Avons été très mal reçues. Inacceptable. Ensuite le reste du personnel du soir a été très serviable. Hotel OK et bien situé."
