「Overall, the room quality was beyond my expectations. When I looked at the pictures, I was expecting a shabby, gloomy, and dirtier place. Even the restaurant on the first floor and the entire house looked old by the time I booked a room. In fact, the restaurant's atmosphere was really nice, and the room quality was as good as the restaurant--at least well-managed and clean enough. It was at least worth the money spent. 「Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in den Weinbergen. Man kann von hier zu Fuß die bekannten Trulli besuchen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das einzige, was ich erwähnen möchte ist, dass es sich um ein veganes Hotel handelt. Das ist auf den ersten Blick nicht ersichtlich und war für uns überraschend. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen war ausschließlich vegan verfügbar. Es hat uns aber sehr gut geschmeckt.」

「Spartanskt hotell, ger inget mervärde utan vill man bara ha en säng för en natt utan större anspråk funkar det. Mycket otillgängligt uppför hög backe så har man mycket bagage/väskor som ska bäras ej att rekommendera, funkar med ryggsäck. Vi kom med bil och hade fått anvisning att denna gick att parkera på ett grannhotells parkering. Fanns ingen ledig plats där så fick mycket besvärligt parkera bilen intill St Josefs entré, fick ej rekommendabelt. 」

「Frau Bruehle was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent breakfast and helpful and efficient staff. Elevator/lifts were quiet and quick. Location in the Altstadt is good with easy main-road access and many restaurants within easy walking distance, as is the river.」
