Room was great, good bed and shower plus very clean. The front desk takes a lot of time…. But I would definitely recommend the place, location near the station
Very clean comfortable room. Staff struggled to get info from Expedia where i had reserved the room , but were always pleasant and eventually made the connection this is more to do with EXPEDIA than Premier Inn. The bed was very comfy and the room well equiped.
There were no slippers on the room. I needed to purchase from the Hilton (3€ per each), next to this hotel and general cleanliness was not of the room was not well. There are particles on sheets. Hotel's location is very close to Dusseldorf Central Station. The facility is actually very
Very close to central station. Plenty of dining options available within a reasonable walking distance. Room was entirely adequate with good bathroom facilities. The only small downside was no small refrigerator in the room.
The room assigned to me was a physically challenged room which was not what I expected - I upgraded to a double room to have the amenities . Very disappointed that after checking my bed that there was blood stains on the mattress cover - not acceptable . Staff never made a big deal over it but to my mind this was huge concern . Overall room was good . Breakfast was acceptable but it was the same everyday during our stay - variety did not change . Staff especially Natasha was excellent and she was helpful ! Did not like that you had to go to front desk to ask for water which was supposed to be provided daily as well as toilet paper . I would stay here again but would pass on breakfast which daily was not worth what they charged . Convenient to train station which was why chosen !
Great for a quick transit. Checkin took longer than expected but I think it was due to a new staff member. Otherwise room was comfortable.

Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel was below my expectations. The rooms were very small and the cleanliness could have been better. The carpet in the room had many stains, and the receptionist was not friendly at all. On the positive side, breakfast was good and the restaurant looked nice. However, I don’t think I would choose to stay at this hotel again.
Premier Inn STILL require us to ask every day to have the room serviced. OK at this one at least they did - but surely it's time for this Covid hangover to disappear - or does it save that much money. Otherwise it was good, felt safe, was clean - just like all other PI's

Before travelling, I requested a cot for my baby through Expedia and was told it would be arranged. When we arrived, we were first placed in a room with three single beds, but the staff member quickly changed it and assured us a cot would be brought up soon, which was fine.
When we entered the new room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and the window was broken and stuck open, which felt unsafe with a baby. My husband went to reception, the staff apologised, and we were moved again. The next room was clean and suitable.
One night, my baby had an accident on the bed, so my husband asked reception for new bedding, using Google Translate to apologise. He was first given a sheet in the wrong size, then a duvet cover, which we made work for the night after being told housekeeping would replace everything the next day.
The following morning, we confirmed at reception that our room would be cleaned. However, when we returned, only the towels had been changed (replaced with just one towel for the three of us) and the dirty bedding was still in the room. As it was our last night, we managed, but it was disappointing.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the bed was very comfortable, but improvements to housekeeping are definitely needed.

Nice and friendly staff. Spotless room and bathroom.
Over all it’s a really nice hotel and great staff, but despite being sound proofed the sound of the trains woke up every night.
If your a heavier sleeper it will be fine, but if have to have the window open or a light sleeper it could be a deal breaker.
